These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Relationship Insight 360 provided by Guiding Light Health Care Services, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the service

The Relationship Insight 360 is an assessment and treatment-planning service. It is not couples therapy, not a compatibility quiz, not a diagnosis engine, and not a crisis service. Nothing in this service guarantees any relationship outcome.

Clinician review

Recommendations remain drafts until reviewed and approved by a licensed clinician. AI-assisted drafts are labeled and are never released without clinician approval.

Eligibility

• You must be legally able to consent to services in your jurisdiction.
• Both partners must complete separate accounts and consent to participate.

Payment

The Relationship Insight 360 is a flat $450 per couple, as stated on the Pricing page. Payment is required before the assessment begins. Expedited scheduling may be requested via the Contact form; an additional $150 fee applies if granted.

Emergencies

Do not use this service to report an emergency. In immediate danger, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.

Limitations of liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. GLHCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
