Professional referral network

A clear next step for the couples you cannot take on.

Relationship Insight 360 helps couples identify patterns, strengths, concerns, and practical next steps before conflict gets worse. Couples physically located in Georgia may qualify for a clinician-reviewed clinical assessment. People outside Georgia can access a separate educational report that is not therapy or clinical care. Each partner responds privately, and every referral begins with an eligibility check.

Georgia only

Clinical Assessment

Clinician-reviewed. Available only to couples physically located in Georgia at every required checkpoint, including questionnaire completion and submission. Physical location is verified in the platform, and a referral never changes who qualifies.

Available nationally where permitted

Educational Report

Educational and informational only. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, or crisis care, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. It is offered only where it is legally permitted.

How referrals work

  1. 1You enroll and we review your organization. Approved partners receive a unique referral link, code, and QR code.
  2. 2You share the link, card, or QR with a couple who needs a structured next step. There is nothing for you to fill out.
  3. 3The couple begins with an eligibility check. Georgia couples may qualify for the clinician-reviewed clinical assessment; others may choose the separate educational report.
  4. 4Each partner responds privately. Neither partner sees the other's answers, and neither do you.
  5. 5You see aggregate counts only in your partner portal - never identities, answers, safety screening, or reports.

Privacy and confidentiality

Referral partners never receive questionnaire content, private answers, safety screening, diagnoses, clinical detail, or reports. Please do not send us client information. Please share administrative contact details only. Do not include client names, diagnoses, relationship history, safety concerns, questionnaire answers, or any protected health information on this form.

This form is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support call or text 988.

No compensation for referrals

We do not pay any fee, commission, gift, or other compensation for referrals. No payment of any kind is made per patient, per client, or per referral. Participation in the referral network is entirely voluntary and carries no financial arrangement.

Referral package

The package includes a one-page referral sheet, a tri-fold brochure, a branded QR code, a short email template, and a 30-second explanation you can use in conversation. You can preview the print-ready package now, or have it sent to you.

Virtual session

Helping Couples Identify the Right Next Step Before Conflict Gets Worse

A 30-minute session for professionals: how to recognize when a couple needs a structured next step, what the Georgia clinical assessment covers, how the separate national educational report differs, and what to hand a couple in the moment.

Are you a couple looking for information?

Share contact details only so we can send you information. Do not include relationship history, safety concerns, diagnoses, medications, or any other health information on this form. This form is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support call or text 988.

Eligibility, product choice, and pricing are determined later in the platform. Requesting information does not begin an assessment and does not create a clinical relationship.

Frequently asked questions

Do you pay for referrals?
No. We do not pay any fee, commission, gift, or other compensation for referrals, and nothing is paid per patient or per client.
What do I have to do?
Share your link, card, or QR code. There is no paperwork, no portal login required for the couple, and nothing for you to submit.
Will I get clinical information back?
No. You will only ever see aggregate counts. Questionnaire answers, safety screening, diagnoses, and reports are never shared with referral partners.
Can I refer couples outside Georgia?
The clinician-reviewed clinical assessment is limited to couples physically located in Georgia at every required checkpoint. Couples elsewhere can consider the separate educational report where it is legally permitted; it is not therapy or clinical care.
Is this appropriate for a couple in crisis?
No. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988. This assessment is not crisis care.
How is my information used?
We use your contact details to manage your participation in the referral network. Email and text consent are separate, and you can stop either at any time.
