Common questions

What people ask before starting the assessment.

Is this couples therapy?
No. This is a structured relationship assessment and treatment-planning service. It helps a licensed clinician recommend the right type of care for your relationship. Ongoing therapy, if recommended, is a separate service.
Is this a compatibility quiz?
No. This is a clinical assessment designed by licensed clinicians. There is no compatibility score, no automated diagnosis, and no promise that a relationship will or should be preserved.
Will my partner see my private answers?
No. Each partner has their own account and private record. Individual answers — especially safety-screening responses — are never shown to the other partner.
How long does it take?
About 90 minutes in total across both partners. You can complete it in multiple sessions and resume at any time. The wizard shows section-level time estimates.
What if a safety concern comes up?
Safety-screening answers are strictly private and reviewed only by authorized clinicians. High-risk answers trigger discreet guidance, remove joint counseling from initial recommendations, and create a priority clinical review.
What do we receive at the end?
A clinician-reviewed written report delivered to your secure portal — strengths, conflict patterns, clinical concerns, safety considerations, recommendations, and referrals. Reports are also available as PDF.
Do you provide a diagnosis?
Not automatically. A licensed clinician may include a diagnosis only if it is manually entered and approved. There is no black-box diagnosis engine.
How much does it cost?
$450 per couple — one flat fee that covers both partners' questionnaires, the structured session, clinician review, and your final written report. Need expedited scheduling? Submit a request via our Contact form; an additional $150 applies if granted.
Is my information secure?
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, row-level security, separate partner records, audit logs, and session timeouts for clinical users. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is this a crisis service?
No. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For mental-health crises, call or text 988. See our Emergency Resources page for additional supports.
