Why is the Clinical Assessment limited to Georgia?

The Clinical Assessment includes professional review and written treatment recommendations. Both partners must be physically located in Georgia during the clinical service because the assigned clinician is authorized to provide the service in Georgia.

Does paying cash allow an out-of-state client to purchase the Clinical Assessment?

No. Cash payment does not change professional licensing or client-location requirements.

Is the Educational Report therapy?

No. It is a nonclinical educational product. It does not include diagnosis, therapy, treatment planning, clinical assessment, or clinical recommendations.

Can I upgrade from the Educational Report to the Clinical Assessment?

A separate clinical purchase may be available later when both partners meet Georgia eligibility requirements.

Will insurance be billed?

No. Both products are cash-pay services.

Do both partners need separate accounts?

Yes. Each partner must use a separate account, complete their own questionnaire, verify their own physical location, and separately accept the applicable terms.

Can one partner see the other partner's private answers?

No. Private questionnaire and safety-screening answers are not shared with the other partner.

Purchasing either product requires acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the consent or acknowledgment that applies to the selected product. Each partner must provide separate consent before participating.
